A class designed to lengthen & strengthen the body through slow controlled movements. Safe for people with chronic back problems, repetitive strain or osteoporosis.
Tonezone/Aerotone
Aerotone is an energetic aerobics workout to burn fat, followed by intense body toning. Tonezone is a class specifically designed to work those problem areas, using resistance bands or hand weights. Classes are held on Monday and Tuesday lunch times and last for 45 minutes. The perfect way to de-stress after a hard morning in the office! This class is ideal for all fitness levels.
Boxercise
Individual classes for both males and females! Boxing using pads and mitts working on your aerobic fitness plus toning your overall body. Only 8 punches to learn make this great for beginners and seasoned trainers alike!
Circuits
Different stations with a mixture of aerobic and toning work. Each station has difficult and easier options meaning you can push yourself as hard as you want! Perfect class for all levels!
Fab Abs/Core Stability
A class specifically working on the abdominal and lower back area. Test your core strength and balance while using stability balls, stability discs and medicine balls. Improve your posture while working out!
Legs/Bums/Tums
No cardio, just toning! Learn safe and effective exercises while having fun at the same time! Perfect for beginners with harder alternatives available.
